Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We do our best to dispatch every order within one (1) business day. If your total order purchase is more than 1,000 USD, this may be subject to a dispatch delay of 1-2 business days as we will need to register your products with customs.

Below are our estimated delivery times and costs:

-       Domestic Shipping within US: We ship via UPS and USPS every Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST.

-       International Shipping outside the US: We ship via USPS, DHL and UPS.

 

Take note: We currently do not ship to PO boxes.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation via email with the tracking details.
